By downloading, installing, or using ThinkType AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ThinkType AI is an Android input method editor that provides AI-powered text refinement, grammar correction, and tone adjustment using Google's Gemini language model. The service is provided by CodeFier, developed by Mughees Ahmad.

3. User Accounts

The App offers optional Google Sign-In for enhanced features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The App offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's subscription policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate or refine content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Use automated systems to abuse the API

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI refinement feature provides suggestions based on machine learning models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any refined text.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and AI models integration, is the intellectual property of CodeFier. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEFIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App requires an internet connection for AI refinement features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
